FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are codes sent by email or by snail mail?
Everything sold on LGCards is delivered electronically so that you are able to get back to your game, faster. If a product does need to be physically mailed we will put a notice on that item saying so.Please also note that codes ordered will only be sent to the email address used to pay. They will not be sent to a requested email address, to the email address you registered here on LGCards, or Instant Messaged.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Generally order processing only takes a few minutes. A few fraud checks are performed and the delivery is made. Payment processors such as Google Checkout perform fraud checks as well and may stall order delivery. Are you going to call me to verify my order?
As of right now, no we do not call customers to verify orders placed, however this may be implemented at any time.I placed an order but have not got an email yet?
Please check to be sure that the email was not mistakenly placed in a Spam or Bulk folder. If you still cannot find the email, please contact us. We will then check the status of the payment to ensure it has cleared and resend the email as needed. What do you mean check that the payment has cleared?
Even if all of our fraud checks are passed, each payment processor has checks of their own. These checks may have stopped the payment while it is under review. Should the payment processor flag the payment, there is very little we can do.Is there a purchase limit?
Yes, we do have purchase limits in place. They are currently three (3) items per day, or ten (10) items per week, or twenty-five (25) items per month. Should these limits be exceeded an automatic, temporary block will be placed on the account.Does the purchase limit include partner items?
Yes, the limit does include partner items sold. Can I just make a new account to buy more?
Making a new account to circumvent our purchase limits will only result in a permanent block of all accounts. Please, do not attempt it.Is there any way to exceed purchase limits?
Long standing customers in good terms can request an exception. We will review how long you have been a customer, how many orders have been placed, how frequently orders have been placed, the quantities of the orders, and other information. After everything has been reviewed we will inform you of our decision. If you are a first time, or recent customer that is representing a business we will call and verify the legitimacy of your establishment prior granting an exception to authorize bulk orders.
